Kaley Cuoco Showed Off a Challenging At-Home Workout With Her Sister Briana

    Actress Kaley Cuoco has not let self-quarantine slow down her workouts. In a new Instagram post, she showed fans her at-home workout session with sister Briana Cuoco.

    “A big part of quarantine has been about staying in shape and getting ready to go back to work at a moments notice . Thank you to @ryan_sorensen, my amazing trainer for keeping me fit and my crazy gorgeous sister @bricuoco for being my workout partner !! No pain no gain people! ??,” she captioned the photo series.

    She documented basically her entire workout in multiple pictures. In the first pic she has a resistance band around her waist that is being held by her trainer, Ryan Sorenson, as she does step-ups. Other exercises include weighted lunges and squats, single-leg balance work, running, and jumping rope with a resistance band around her ankles for an added challenge.

    Cuoco has always been a fan of working out, and she likes to mix it up. “If I’m doing yoga, we’re doing it every day this week….Then I’m like, ‘Oh my god, I have to switch,'” she previously told Women’s Health. “Then I’m going crazy on SoulCycle….’Okay, I have to switch.'”

    But she also likes to focus on legs and lower-body work, too “Kaley is interested in her lower body, especially her butt, her legs, and her abs,” trainer George C. King told People. “We do a lot of lunges, squat jumps and regular squats, plus leg curls and deadlifts.”
